Hello, my name is Jeanie Tays, President of Accounting & Tax Solutions, Inc.. I would like to tell you a little about our firm. The company was established in 1949 by Doris Irons. In 1979 Doris retired and the business ownership as assumed by her daughter, Pat Bliss. Pat moved the business from Kansas City, Missouri to the nearby city of Lee’s Summit, Missouri. She renamed the company Patricia Bliss Accounting & Tax Service, Inc. soon after. At the close of 2002, Pat retired and sold the business to Jeanie Tays an employee of the firm. The company is now called Accounting & Tax Solutions, Inc.
Annual participation in Continuing Professional Education courses offered by local chapters of national accounting and tax associations keeps the firm on the “leading edge” of ever-changing tax laws and accounting methods.
